Third generation lentiviral vector have become extremely popular to stably integrate transgenes in eukaryotic cells.​

At e-Zyvec, we have optimized lentiviral vector for third generation lentivirus systems, to be fully compatible and readily available for vector assembly.

Such bricks have been biologically validated in mono- or bi-cistronic set-up and routinely used to generate tailor-made transfer vector.

Do remind that for optimal packaging of virions, the size of the cargo, from LTR to LTR should amount to 8-9kb. If needed, longer cargo can be assembled into our vectors 

Please note that we do not provide the service of viral particle production.

However, you can use our vectors to produce viral particle or transfer it to any suitable service provider. As part of our collaboration, we can always recommend you to skilled professional, the Viral Vectors platform of the GIGA Institute in Liège.

Our lentiviral vectors are designed and optimized to be used in third lentiviral generation system.

For an optimal packaging of virions, the size of the cargo, from LTR to LTR should amount to 8-9kb. If needed, longer cargo can be assembled into our vectors.

The eZ-Lentivirus-5-arm includes the 5′ LTR (truncated) sequence, as well as the HIV-Psi, the RRE; the cPPT/CTS, the T promoter and the RSV promoter sequences.

The ez Lentivirus-3-arm includes the PPT, the delta U3 and the HIV-1 5’LTR regulatory elements followed by a SV40-PA sequence.

e-Zyvec provide the full plasmid sequence once our design is validated by yourself. After the production of plasmid, we QC them with NGS technology, and we give you the sequence of produced plasmids.

When you validate your vector with our experts, we guarantee 2-4 weeks from production to vector delivery in Premium, and 4-6 weeks in regular way.

The way we work is based on regular exchange with the customers. There is a lot of back and forth to ensure that we have the right pieces of information from you, and that what we want to offer actually fits your needs. It’s not strictly a milestone scheme, but everything is not done in one go. All along the project, you get to ask for modifications if needed. We are working in close relationship with you to conduct the project.

There are general terms and conditions that are provided with the quote. Amongst them, there is a restricted use of the plasmid constructs for Research purpose.

The quote is split between the achievements (there are several lines, additional or not) and it is a one-time payment. Generally, payment is due during the beginning of the project (after discussing your needs and what we can offer you).
